Slow Cooker 101 - this gem is FREE at Amazon today (Originally 19.95) for the Kindle.  Best thing with that is you don't have to physically own a kindle to get this, if you have a computer, smart phone, iPad, tablet, download the Kindle app and you are able to read this on there!  During these cold days, all of us want nothing more than a nice warm meal, and a slow cooker is a great way to do that!
